Julie is the founder of Dudum Real Estate Group and is enjoying her third decade of being an East Bay REALTOR®. She is well-known for her superior level of client service and expert knowledge regarding the real estate market.
Julie was born, raised, and educated in the Bay Area. After graduating from St. Mary’s College, she began a career in real estate. Over the next ten years she built a thriving career through her service-focused work ethic, relationship based business, and top negotiating skills; receiving outstanding accolades such as Realtor Magazine’s prestigious “30 Under 30” award. In addition to her success as an agent, Julie assembled a group of high-achieving agents to work together to deliver exceptional service to clients. With continued proven results and a desire to grow her passion, she decided to launch her own company in 2010.

Julie has an undeniable love for real estate, but her true passion in life is her family. Together with her husband Tony, they have four wonderful children: AJ, Rocco, DeLuca, and Lola. When not running the business, she loves to travel, entertain, and gather with family and friends. Life is a daily adventure, and although she takes time to enjoy the journey, she also believes “the best is yet to come!”

Lori Legler is Regional Vice President at Dudum Real Estate Group with an esteemed track record of success spanning over 30 years. Her industry leadership and real estate knowledge is widely respected throughout the East Bay real estate community and beyond. Her exceptional work speaks for itself as the majority of her business comes through referrals from satisfied clients. She endeavors to combine the highest level of professionalism and market knowledge with genuine care and sensitivity to the needs of everyone she encounters.

Throughout her career, she has been a top 5 percent sales producer. She is a member of the Contra Costa Association of Realtors and California Association of Realtors, and also holds the professional designations of Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES). Years of experience have given her a deep understanding of the real estate market and the ability to seamlessly guide any buyer or seller, at any stage of life, through the real estate transaction process.
In addition to her strong work ethic, Lori is committed to being an active member of the community by volunteering in many of the local schools and in various charitable organizations. For ten years she was on the Board of Directors of the Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA), a non-profit charity that advocates for the needs of abused and neglected children in the Contra Costa County juvenile court system. Currently, she is a board member for the Gardens at Heather Farms, which is an independent non-profit operating a beautiful public garden, education center and special event venue in Walnut Creek.
Originally from the Midwest, Lori earned a degree in psychology and social work from the University of Wisconsin. She moved to the Bay Area in 1977 and has lived in Walnut Creek for over two decades with her husband Terry. They have five children and six grandchildren.
