Helping others is part of Nicole Haggard’s core. As a Realtor, she is able to combine her many passions into a career which allows her to be of service to clients, engage in the fascinating world of home renovation and sales, and combine her artistic and business savvy strengths. Having been licensed for nearly 20 years, Nicole has gained a wealth of knowledge and experience about the local markets and communities, allowing her to help her clients make the most informed choices possible.
Before her life in real estate, Nicole served as a Sergeant for the Oakland Police Department. Here she developed myriad skills which would prove invaluable to her career as a realtor- skills such as negotiation, integrity, attention to detail regarding documentation, and listening to people to assess their needs and the security of their property. After retiring from the force, she became a notary and owned a small loan signing service, while simultaneously working staging homes. This experience, combined with years of investing in real estate flipping and rentals made her realize that she had a true passion for real estate, and so she became a licensed Realtor.
As a Bay Area native, Nicole has lived in many different cities in Alameda and Contra Costa County. She attended John F Kennedy High School in Richmond, and California College of Arts in Oakland with a major in photography. She and her husband have lived in Woodranch, Danville for 20 years, where they raised their three children, all of whom are now working and raising their families in San Francisco. When she is not working, Nicole is spending time with her family and enjoying the outdoors, whether gardening in her own backyard, or taking advantage of the dining, hiking, and beaches the Bay Area has to offer.
