Julie was born and raised in the Bay Area, is a graduate of St. Mary’s College in Moraga, and started her career in real estate at the end of 1999. In 2000, Julie joined Coldwell Banker in Danville, where she was awarded the accolade of “Rookie of the Year.” Shortly after in 2002, she transferred to the Walnut Creek office of Coldwell Banker to be part of the business community she loved and where her family had been active members for so many years. At that time, Julie formed her own team, known as “Dudum Real Estate Team,” which became a very successful, well-known and well-respected entity in their marketplace. In 2003, Julie was named to the Assistant Manager’s position where she continued to thrive for several more years, consistently offering her unique blend of real estate expertise and flawless customer service. In 2005, Julie was awarded as one of the National Association of Realtors, Realtor Magazine’s prestigious “30 Under 30” award.

When presented with a unique offer to join Empire Realty Associates in May 2006, Julie jumped at the chance. She saw the transition as an opportunity to continue to grow her own business and her team, which was an exciting step toward opening her own brokerage in the future. Julie and her team enjoyed many years of success under the Empire flag, until Julie decided to take the next logical step in her career and open up her own brokerage. Dudum Real Estate Group was formed in May 2010, and currently has multiple locations and well over 100 agents.

Julie, constantly involved with the real estate community at large, shares her knowledge and energy with new agents everywhere through her many memberships to local real estate organizations. She gives back to the Northern California area that she loves so much by being actively involved with:

When Julie is taking a break from it all, she is hardly standing still. Julie and her husband Tony are proud parents of four wonderful children; AJ, Rocco, DeLuca, and Lola. Julie says they are the true driving force and inspiration in all that she does. They are also Lafayette homeowners, are actively involved in their community, and have a passion for entertaining. Julie and Tony love to travel, Hawaii being a favorite destination, but they tend to aim for anywhere that is sunny and has beautiful beaches readily on hand. Another passion of theirs is dining out – trying new venues and new cuisines. Julie has come by this love naturally, as her family owns many popular restaurants in the Bay Area. Perhaps this is where Julie first began to develop her drive to provide stellar client service and to continuously strive to make sure her attention to detail is peerless in the industry.

When asked about her real estate career, Julie sums it up as, “It’s been an amazing run, but I think the best is yet to come.” That optimism and forward thinking has been consistently highlighted throughout Julie’s career. Her dedication, service, expert negotiations, and true heart for real estate and the people she works with, have made Julie and her company the first choice for many Bay Area real estate agents for nearly a decade. Julie has always earned client’s respect and loyalty, two of the reasons why 99.4% of her own business comes through referrals. At Dudum Real Estate Group we come from a place of "YES," and doing whatever we can to help agents improve their business is what fuels us. As V.P. Operations /Relocation, Tracey handles the financial and operational side of our brokerage as well as our relocation business for all of our Realtors at all four office locations throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. Tracey strives for perfection in all of the details of this business. She has worked in other brokerages throughout her 17 years in real estate. When she arrived at Dudum Real Estate Group she brought the best aspects about each of them and incorporated all of those attributes, along with Julie Del Santo's amazing vision, into this truly incredible brokerage. All of the staff works toward giving agents the best possible marketing, tools, and staff support so that they can truly be the best in the industry. They have fun while excelling in this wonderful real estate business! Tracey is co-inventor on three U.S. Patents while at the Clorox Company where she worked in the New Product Development Group. Tracey lives in Martinez and is on the City of Martinez Planning Commission. She is married and has three grown boys.

Kent Loving began his education in business and marketing at the young age of 10 working for his family's architectural firm as the "office boy." The term "job" could only be loosely applied to this position, as the work was minimal and not mentally challenging — however his father was able to instill two concepts that would become, and remain, the foundation of how he would operate in business and life. 1.) Honesty above all else. 2.) The higher up the ladder you climb, the closer to the ground you get, meaning that being an executive isn't a status, it's a responsibility — as you move up you don't become people's boss, you become their servant — and it is with that humility and vision that Kent tries to approach each opportunity to serve the agents of Dudum Real Estate Group.

Kent's marketing background began with a degree in graphic design from California College of the Arts, followed by additional degrees in the sciences and psychology from Saint Mary's College. Kent had the privilege of beginning his career in real estate marketing working for the master franchise of Prudential CA/NV/TX under the direction of Ginny Cain, whose talent, drive, and vision ushered in an amazing period of growth and recognition in the Northern California marketplace and beyond. Kent was fortunate enough to learn from Ginny's expertise and recognizes that his successes stands squarely on the shoulders of her example. Kent continued to further sharpen his industry acumen by accepting a position as Executive Creative Director for a large online print media and marketing solutions firm. He honed his skills of brand management by maintaining and improving the brand identities of over 40 national corporations, representing over 45,000 agents. Additionally he was able to grow market shares by retooling existing products to newly emerging markets, increase profitability, and provide consistent growth across his departments.

Eventually the siren song of a new challenge and joining something from the very beginning led him to sign up with Julie Del Santo. He was immediately fascinated and captivated by Julie's steadfast vision and endless, energetic drive to create a brokerage whose privilege it was to serve the agents. She wanted to focus on helping the agents do business the way the agent wants to do business — not the other way around. Kent knew this would be something not readily found in the marketplace as it is the opposite of the rigid corporate models that agents are used to, but Kent knew that the possibilities would be endless and the outcome could very well be magic.

Since joining Dudum Real Estate Group as their Marketing Director, Kent has felt an amazing sense of gratitude for being able to come to work everyday and work with people he genuinely enjoys to work with and for. He says its abundantly gratifying to see how quickly the company has taken root in the marketplace and how quickly the agent force seems to be growing. "It's like having your family around you everyday — you work hard, you squabble sometimes, you laugh a lot... and at the end you love that you know you belong to something special," says Kent.

Kent, when not at work, spends time volunteering for multiple local charities. He also spends a lot of time in the local foothills exploring and hiking and is always accompanied by his best friends — Fergus, a 5-year-old rescue mutt of dubious parentage, and the newest addition, Farley, a 2-year-old scraggly pound pup.
