Edward is passionate about helping clients smoothly navigate one of the most important and highest value transactions in their life: buying or selling their home. He is an attentive listener, very detail-oriented, responsive, and focused on providing sterling client service.

A long-term Bay Area resident, having lived in Oakland, Lafayette, and Brentwood, he has owned several businesses including a convenience grocery store, a real estate brokerage firm, and a technology consulting firm. Edward has also managed the technical services departments of several large companies. As a tech consultant for over 35 years, he is adept at incorporating the most innovative tools and cutting-edge technology to ensure the success of his clients.

The common theme in every business that Edward owns or manages is outstanding client service. His business philosophy is to “deliver what you promise,” with an emphasis on old-fashioned, friendly service.

While earning his bachelor’s degree from St. Mary’s College in Moraga, Edward took night and summer classes to earn his real estate license, then immediately began his real estate career. Since then he has continued to invest in improving his knowledge and sharpening his skills. He earned his real estate broker's license, an MBA degree, and attended UC Hastings College of Law. Edward earned the designation of GRI (Graduate Realtor® Institute), which is the real estate industry hallmark. Only REALTORS® who successfully complete more than 90 hours of comprehensive training can be called a GRI. These agents are considered the elite of the business due to their in-depth training in legal and regulatory issues, technology, and professional standards, as well as sales process and negotiation.

Edward is committed to his community. He has donated countless hours, service, and money to local and international charities, senior services, and schools. He has served as a board member and president of the Rockridge Merchants Association in Oakland. Edward served as a board member, technology committee chair, and vice president for the Lafayette Chamber of Commerce. Due to his many years of service and business reputation, Edward was recognized as Small Business of the Year by The Lafayette Chamber of Commerce.
