I am a relationship driven realtor not a traditional transactional agent.  Most agents spend a large portion of their time, marketing, advertising, and farming themselves to try and get more business. Very few agents roll up their sleeves and spend time and money helping their client get "the highest possible price for their property" or on the buy side the "very best value and terms" for their purchase. Time and time again I hear people say "I don't know anyone that does what you do".

My fiduciary responsibility to  you is to make sure you are protected  and the highest integrity is demonstrated in the transaction. I have 8 years of experience as a very successful realtor and 14 years in management for two large retail firms in the areas of merchandising, store planning and store remodeling.

My skills are in staging (always complimentary), multi media marketing and negotiations; whether with the buyers and sellers or with contractors on your behalf. I am also a certified HAFA agent and have helped many sellers negotiate their short sale with the bank. I have closed over 50 short sale transactions successfully.
